We offer content updates, image replacements, minor design tweaks, Theme and plugin updates plus more every month as part of our website performance maintenance and website management service. If you require any work outside of your plan, you can purchase support credit hours. Speak to our support team with what you require and we will let you know how many hours will be required to complete the task.
Just login to our client portal here https://support.hosthive.com.au and contact us through our Live web chat to speak to one of our agents in real time, where they will handle your request there and then. If not, they will create a ticket for our team to action. Alternatively, you can login through our client login portal where you can submit a ticket there and track all tickets. We will respond when the ticket has been actioned and once the ticket is complete, you will receive a confirmation via email.
We aim to have all tickets answered within three hours and no later than 24hours. If the changes required are in relation to changes on your website, these tickets can take up to seven days to implement and be completed. This will of course depend on the scope of work and what changes are requested and required.
